When is my child's picture day?
Your school director or teacher has this information. You should’ve received a flyer, email and text message with the dates. If not, contact us.
Can siblings be photographed together?
This depends if your school has opted to offer these sessions during Picture Day. If so, there will be a designated session time on your schedule. If not, you can register to bring all your children to our home studio during our Retake/Makeup Sessions.
can you photograph babies and infants?
Yes. We've photographed babies for many years and have a lot of experience doing so.
how many poses will you take?
Our goal is to provide a gallery with 10 unique images of each child from a full body up to a close-up. You'll get more than just the traditional headshot.
How will i see my child's pictures?
Each child will receive a unique online digital gallery. This is where parents will view the images as well as order prints and digital images. Go here to login to see your personalized gallery.
Can I combine images from all my children’s galleries into one package?
When purchasing from multiple galleries you can select from one of three sibling packages that allows you to combine images. The packages are Sibling Package 1, Sibling Package 2, and 6 Digital Downloads. There’s not a minimum to order.
When Will I pay for my order?
You will pay for your order during the checkout process in your child's online gallery. Not at the school.
When will my print order arrive?
Your prints will be delivered to the school six weeks after picture day if you selected to have them sent to the school. If you opted to have them sent to your home, you’ll receive them roughly six weeks after your purchase date.
When can i expect my digital images?
Your digital order will be delivered immediately via email to the email address you used during the checkout process in the online gallery. Please access and download the images to your computer right away and back them up in at least two different places. Check your junk or spam folders if you don’t receive the email.
what can i do with my digital images?
You can print your images wherever you’d like and post them on social media. Prints will print great up to a 11x14. If you’d like something larger please contact us and we’ll send you a larger file for printing.
Do you offer retouching?
We do! Retouching is $6 per image to remove blemishes, scars, brighten teeth and smooth skin. Please purchase your retouching package within your gallery.
Do you offer retakes or makeup days?
We offer retake and makeup sessions for those who missed picture day for $15. Sessions will be at our home studio in South Jordan by appointment only. Click here to see our available sessions. For students who are photographed, you’ll receive a $15 credit towards your purchase. This sitting fee is to avoid no-shows.
We can accommodate additional siblings during these sessions for a $15 sitting fee. Non-student sitting fees are not refunded.
What if I'm not happy with my pictures or prints?
Nothing is more important to us than 100% satisfaction. Please contact us right away so we can find a solution.
