At Littles Photography, we take privacy seriously — especially when it comes to photographing children. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

Littles Photography is a Utah-based school and sports photography company. We photograph preschools, daycares, private schools, public schools, sports teams, and special events.

2. What Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Student names
• Parent/guardian names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• School or team name
• Teacher or class name and/or email
• Order and payment information
• Photographic images

If you place an order, we collect the information necessary to fulfill that order.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

3. How We Get Student Information

When we photograph at a school or organization, we receive student and parent information directly from the school or league for the purpose of:

• Organizing picture day
• Creating individual galleries
• Delivering orders
• Producing class or team composites

We assume that we have permission to photograph students when we are invited to conduct Picture Day.

It is the school or organization’s responsibility to notify us in advance if a student should not be photographed.

If a child should not participate in Picture Day, the school must inform us prior to photography so we can make accommodations.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver your child’s gallery
• Process and ship orders
• Provide customer service
• Communicate about Picture Day
• Send reorder reminders
• Improve our services

If you purchase from us (prints or digital downloads), we may add your email to our customer list and send occasional updates about:

• Future picture days
• Reorder deadlines
• Mini sessions
• Special promotions

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email. Each time we come to your school for a new season, your email address and mobile number are added to our system. You will receive notifications from us for the new season even if you’ve opted out previously.

We do not sell your information.

5. Marketing & Use of Images

We will never use your child’s image for marketing, social media, advertising, or promotional materials without written parent/guardian permission through a signed model release.

If you sign a model release, you may revoke that permission at any time going forward by emailing us.

If you do not sign a release, your child’s images are used only for gallery delivery and order fulfillment.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use secure systems and password-protected platforms to store data and images.

Access to student information and images is limited to authorized team members and contracted editors who are required to keep information confidential.

No online system is 100% risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Online Galleries (GotPhoto, CAPTURA & PIXIESET)

We use a secure online gallery platform to deliver images. Access to galleries is controlled by:

• Individual access codes
• Email verification
• Secure checkout systems

We are not responsible for sharing of gallery links or codes once provided to parents.

8. Data Retention

We retain images and order information as needed for:

• Reorders
• Customer service
• Business record-keeping
• Legal requirements

We may archive or delete galleries after a period of time.

9. Website Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our services.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

10. Your Rights

You may:

• Request to update your contact information
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails and SMS messages
• Request removal from marketing communications
• Revoke a model release for future use
