Schedule a time with me at your convenience
Each session is 15 minutes per family
The cost includes the sitting fee and 10 digital images
Sessions will be at my home in South Jordan, Utah
Images will be available one week before Halloween
You can order prints directly from the online gallery
We will take pictures of the kids individually in their costumes and one of all the children together

COVERAGE: The photographer cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by employees, staff, children or environment. The photographer does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. The due performance of this agreement is subject to alteration or cancellation by Nickie Graybill Design & Photography owing to any cause beyond their control. Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure i.e. during exposure or processing, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. PERSONAL ACCIDENT: Any directions issued to clients, their children, employees or staff during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said persons’ own risk. Nickie Graybill Design & Photography cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot. COPYRIGHT: The Copyright of all the photographs produced is retained by Nickie Graybill Design & Photography and it is a criminal offense to make copies of them by any means including video under the terms of the COPYRIGHT, DESIGNS and PATENTS ACTS 1988. Original files and prints remain the property of the photographer. Nickie Graybill Design & Photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified. By booking a session with Nickie Graybill Design & Photography you agree to receive correspondence about future promotions and sessions.
