Littles Photography may take photos and/or video during picture day, school events, sports events, or sessions.

By signing below:

• I confirm I am 18 years of age or older, OR I am the parent/legal guardian of the child listed below.
• I give permission for Littles Photography to use these images for business purposes, including website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
• I understand images may be edited, cropped, or modified.
• I understand this permission is granted without time limitation and may be used indefinitely.
• I understand no payment, compensation, free products, or other consideration will be provided for this use.
• I understand names will not be published without additional permission.

I release Littles Photography from any claims related to the use of these images.

I understand I may revoke this permission in writing for future use by emailing hello@littlesphoto.com. Revocation does not apply to materials already published or produced.
