The images and video will be used on our website, social media, marketing and advertising. Please read the legal information below and fill out the form if you give us release to use your images and/or video.

I grant Nickie Graybill and Littles Photography my permission to use the photographs and video taken this year for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purpose, illustration, advertising, and web content. This includes photos and video of me, my child, or my staff. This includes photos and/or video taken at my place of residence or employment. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
